This Privacy Policy explains how Insurex24 ("Insurex24", "we", "us") collects, uses and protects personal data when you visit insurex24.com or contact us. We process personal data in accordance with the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 and the Information Technology Act, 2000 of India.

When you request a demo or contact us through our website, we collect the information you choose to provide:

• Work email address and phone number
• Company name and company size
• Your area of interest and any message you send us

We do not ask for, and you should not submit, policyholder data, health information, Aadhaar numbers or financial account details through this website.

• To respond to your enquiry and arrange a product demo
• To send you information about Insurex24 that you have asked for
• To keep records of our business communications
• To protect our website against spam and abuse

We rely on your consent, given when you submit a form, to process this data. You can withdraw consent at any time by writing to us (see section 7).

3. Sharing your data

We do not sell your personal data. We share it only with service providers who help us run the website, and only as needed for that purpose:

• Web3Forms delivers contact-form submissions to our inbox.
• Google Fonts and cdnjs (Cloudflare) serve fonts and icons, which means your browser connects to their servers and shares your IP address with them.

We may also disclose data where required by law or by a competent authority.

4. Cookies

Our website does not set advertising or tracking cookies. If we introduce analytics in future, we will update this policy before doing so.

5. Retention and security

We keep enquiry data for as long as needed to respond to you and to maintain a business relationship, and delete it when it is no longer required. We use reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect it.

6. Your rights

Under the DPDP Act, 2023 you may request access to a summary of your personal data, ask us to correct or erase it, withdraw consent, and nominate another person to exercise these rights on your behalf.
